New Practice Group Designed to Provide Wide Range of Services to Clients

A new practice group has been formed by Mackenzie Hughes LLP which is designed to cohesively bring integrated legal services to clients.

The new “Employment and Public Sector” law group, chaired by Jeffrey D. Brown, takes established practice areas at the firm and combines them with a team approach to meet the individual needs of a specific client that wishes to grow their business.

The established practice areas encompassed by the group will include: employment, environmental, grants, labor, land use, municipal, public finance and public officers.

“Typically a start-up company or an established entity that wishes to grow has a variety of legal needs that they need to tackle at the same time, from employment and land use issues to grant writing for new equipment and contract negotiations with municipalities,” said Stephen T. Helmer, partner and Chairman of the Executive Committee at Mackenzie Hughes. “We have already seen great synergies among the attorneys of some of these practice groups. The result is effective and efficient legal services for our clients.”
