Mark T. Harrington has been at Mackenzie Hughes since 1991 and is a partner in the Business Department. Mark handles general business law matters including entity formation, purchase and sale of small businesses, commercial lending and municipal finance. He is frequently asked to lecture on topics such as choice of business entity, limited liability company formation and new business ventures.

He received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1982 from Ithaca College and a Juris Doctorate from Western New England College School of Law in 1989. Mark was admitted to the New York Bar in 1990 and the Massachusetts Bar in 1989.

Mark is a member of the Madison County, Onondaga County, New York State, Massachusetts and American (Litigation and Business Law Sections) Bar Associations. He is the President of Arc of Onondaga Board of Directors and volunteers for the local chapter of the American Diabetes Association. He was also named to A.M. Best's Directory of Recommended Insurance Attorneys and Adjusters.

In his spare time, Mark enjoys staying active in athletics by running, bicycling, downhill skiing and playing golf.
