Provide administrative support for several attorneys including correspondence preparation, phone coverage, maintain Outlook calendars.
Prepare position statements, answers, discovery demands and responses, and pleadings.
Word processing of contracts and other legal documents.
Maintain complete and orderly files in a manner that expedites retrieval; understand and ensure record and privacy requirements are followed.
Prepare transaction closing documents.
General office duties – copy, mail, and scan documents; prepare and send faxes and emails.
We are looking for a professional candidate with a minimum of three years legal administrative assistant experience.
Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
