The candidate should have law firm experience in the following areas: estate planning; estate and trust administration, including proficiency in drafting both basic and sophisticated estate planning documents incorporating estate and income tax planning; irrevocable trusts; advise clients on asset protection; estate planning for high-net-worth clients; elder law; Medicaid planning; guardianships; and advising on business succession and charitable planning. The candidate will interface directly with clients and be responsible for delivering high quality service and professional advice.
Candidate must be licensed to practice law in New York State; 5+ years of experience; have excellent research and communication skills; be able to function effectively in a team-oriented environment; demonstrated high level organizational skills for prioritizing workload.
