Attorney Joins Mackenzie Hughes’ Litigation Department

SYRACUSE, NY- Mackenzie Hughes, LLP has hired a new attorney for its litigation department. Lorraine Rann Mertell joins the firm as a partner.

She has over 30 years of experience representing individual and corporate clients in a wide variety of civil litigation matters. Lorraine graduated cum laude from St. Lawrence University and received her Juris Doctorate from the Albany Law School of Union University. She is admitted to practice in New York State; the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Western Districts of New York; and, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
