Key Private Bank will be hosting a panel discussion entitled “Managing and Mitigating Fiduciary Risk for Board Members” on Wednesday, November 12, 2025. This session will explore the critical topic of fiduciary risk—an area all board members must navigate to ensure organizational integrity and stability. Moderated by Jeff Reisner of Key Private Bank, panelists will include Craig Greenwald of KeyBank, Joseph Smith of Key Private Bank, Michelle Mundy and Todd Klaben of The Bonadio Group, James Nicoll of Mackenzie Hughes LLP, and Cameron Bernard of Bousquet Holstein PLLC. Panelist will share key insights along with real-world experience, practical strategies for identifying and managing fiduciary risks and tools to strengthen board governance oversight. Located at the Community Folk Art Center’s Black Box Theater, doors will open at 8:30 am and the panel discussion will begin at 9 am.
