Mackenzie Hughes LLP Moving Office Location to the Mackenzie Hughes Tower

The Galleries Building Tower to Change its Name to Mackenzie Hughes Tower.

Mackenzie Hughes LLP will move its business office location and 75 employees to the Galleries building on 440 S. Warren St. in December of this year. The 27,000 square foot office space on the 4th floor of the Galleries building will serve as a key anchor to what will become known as the Mackenzie Hughes Tower. The new space in the Mackenzie Hughes Tower will feature a training room for approximately 40 people, state of the art communication and document management systems, and indoor parking for guests from the Tower’s S. Salina St. entrance.

“Mackenzie Hughes has been in our current location in downtown Syracuse for more than a century,” said Stephen Helmer, partner and chairman of the Mackenzie Hughes Executive Committee. “We’re committed to Syracuse and excited to be a part of the rejuvenation that we’re seeing on South Salina and Warren Street.” David Flaum of the Flaum Management Company, Inc. is landlord of the Tower and Mark Bethman of Bell Tenant Champions acted as the broker for Mackenzie Hughes in the lease transaction. Donna Kelly of DKM Interiors will provide the office interior design.
