Mackenzie Hughes LLP Partner Honored by Local Nonprofit

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Mackenzie Hughes LLP Partner Edward J. Moses was recently honored by Syracuse nonprofit HOPE for Bereaved for his decades of service to the organization. He and his wife, Lanie, were recognized at the Celebration of HOPE 44^th annual event on Nov. 5. Moses has been serving as chair of the Corporate Sponsorship Committee since 1993. His efforts have helped raise major funding for and awareness of HOPE for Bereaved.

“What a positive difference their efforts have made throughout the 29 years of serving on the committee,” a statement from HOPE for Bereaved said.

Founded in 1978, HOPE For Bereaved is dedicated to helping grieving children, teens and adults by providing core services (support groups, monthly newsletter and counseling) at no charge.
