Rich Engel Elected Frank H. Hiscock Legal Aid Society Board Chair

Richard C. Engel, of Mackenzie Hughes LLP has been elected as Chair of the Board of the Hiscock Legal Aid Society.

Rich is a partner in the firm’s Business Department and a member of the Executive Committee. He concentrates his practice in business, mergers & acquisitions, securities law, securities regulation and securities fraud, as well as banking and IDA financing, business, corporate and education law.

Rich graduated from Boston College and Syracuse University College of Law. The Hiscock Legal Aid Society promotes the fundamental right of every person to equal justice under the law by providing high quality legal assistance to individuals and families in need in Onondaga County and the surrounding region.
