Personal Injury

Mackenzie Hughes obtained a judgment well over $10 million in a wrongful death case involving a dangerous highway condition.  Mackenzie Hughes also obtained a jury verdict in excess of $2 million arising from injuries sustained as a result of a product defect in cement pumping machinery. Due in part to our excellent reputation in litigation, we also obtained a settlement in excess of $1.5 million as a result of an automobile accident caused by a highway design defect.

We have extensive experience representing clients who are injured due to someone else’s negligence. In such cases, a law firm’s reputation can be as important as its skill. Mackenzie Hughes is known for aggressively representing our clients’ interests and not being afraid to take a case through trial to a verdict. This reputation has been a significant factor in producing favorable settlements for our clients. Our experience ranges from automobile, motorcycle and pedestrian accidents to construction site injuries, as well as wrongful death claims.
