Robert Hojnacki joined Mackenzie Hughes in August of 2023 as an Associate (Pending Admission – scheduled for early 2024) in the Litigation and Business departments. He concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, business and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.
While at Albany Law School, Robert was the President of the Men’s rugby, interned at the Oneida County District Attorney’s office, interned at the New York State Attorney General’s Office in the Organized Crime Task Force division, and interned at Saunders Kahler, LLP.
Robert was born and raised in Rome, NY. He started an automotive detailing business out of his parents’ garage when he was 16 years old, which developed into a passion for helping small businesses grow.
In Robert’s free time he enjoys playing golf and rugby.
