Ryan Hartnett

Ryan practices in all areas of federal, state and local tax law, focusing on corporate tax planning, employee benefits, estate and gift tax, and tax controversy. Ryan specializes in developing creative solutions on high-stakes matters to meet clients’ short- and long-term interests. Ryan represents clients in the formation, reorganization, and liquidation of business entities and tax-exempt organizations, structuring and negotiation transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and spin-offs. Ryan also assists clients in developing and implementing comprehensive estates plans that are customized to minimize gift and estate taxes, while furthering non-tax goals.
