Mackenzie Hughes will never send unsolicited SMS text messages; however, we may send you an initial message providing details about the Text Message Service. The frequency of text messages will vary based on what is necessary to communicate effectively during the course of legal representation. All Text Message Service communication will be considered confidential and, when applicable, shall be subject to attorney-client, work product, and related privileges.

Indemnification
