
Christopher J. Baiamonte joined the Mackenzie Hughes Litigation department in September 2025. He concentrates his practice on civil and commercial litigation, including environmental law, municipal and land use disputes, and complex business matters. He represents clients in state and federal courts across New York in cases involving contract disputes, property and real estate litigation, zoning and permitting challenges, and environmental liability under statutes such as CERCLA and the New York Navigation Law. He also advises municipalities on compliance with SEQRA, zoning codes, and renewable energy siting. In his free time, Chris enjoys running, live music, local sporting events, and the outdoors.
