Robb joined Mackenzie Hughes in 2024 and is a partner in the firm’s Business Department. He focuses on business and corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, securities law, banking, capital markets, regulatory matters and corporate governance. Over the course of his career, he has represented numerous corporations and financial institutions in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions as well as in corporate finance matters and securities offerings. He also has significant experience counseling clients regarding regulatory matters before relevant Federal and State authorities. Prior to joining the firm, he held various positions in leveraged finance at Fortress Investment Group and MetLife Investment Management. Robb began his legal career at the law firm of Sullivan & Cromwell, LLP in New York City. Prior to that he worked as an aide to Governor George E. Pataki.
In Robb’s spare time, he enjoys golfing, fishing and spending time in the Adirondacks with friends and family.
