Medical Malpractice Defense

Our work defending physicians, hospitals and other medical professionals and institutions involves actions in nearly all of the Upstate New York counties and in Federal Court.  We also represent individuals in matters involving professional discipline initiated by various government agencies.  The firm’s attorneys have tried cases involving virtually every medical specialty and all degrees of complexity and severity.  While our work continues to be primarily devoted to the defense of medical malpractice actions, we also have defended cases involving dental malpractice and psychiatric malpractice.
