Jim is a partner in the Mackenzie Hughes litigation department. He provides counsel to businesses and municipalities of all sizes from closely held companies to large multinationals and for profit companies to charities and municipalities. Jim’s expertise on municipal matters has allowed him to assist many local towns, villages, planning and zoning boards. Jim has extensive litigation and insurance defense experience.
